What makes the concept of dreaming so magical? Magical meaning unbelievable, something totally unrealistic. Why is what we want and what we see repeatedly in our minds not real to us? Let’s face it, we all subconsciously believe that out dreams don’t have a great chance of being reached. But regardless, to stay optimistic about our -to a degree pointless- lives, we have to keep out hopes up. So with this in mind, for the vast majority of us who don’t actually live out our dreams, does that mean it is not real? Just because we thought about it, imagined it and dreamed about it for days, months, years on end tell the world that our dreams are not reality? Reality reality reality what is it? Reality is only what one individual makes it to be, and I say, that if we spend so much of our time thinking, imagining, dreaming and to some level feeling our dreams inside of us then shouldn’t that be considered reality? Dreams are just as good as memories. Both exist in your mind telling you of experiences. Experiences that have taken time and effort to create. To some, dreaming is all they have, all they have to escape their lives, the hope that everything will get better, unfortunately in most cases it never does. Those people, who have nothing good left to remember about their lives in the end, nothing that ‘really’ happened, have the choice to believe their dreams, to consider them reality. They choose to remember them the way they wanted. The concept of dreaming shouldn’t be considered magical, it should be considered reality, we all have the choice on how we live our lives, and how we see ourselves, and just because something is merely a thought or a perfect ambition that lies within is, doesn’t make it any less of a part of our individual reality.
